we need a bigger boat

from feb. of 1996, we find sarah and mario aboard this remarkable craft on lake patagonia. not sure if they are coming or going but mario looks 'normal' for him.yet another camping trip! we have holly on the dock, being safe.

that little red chair

this was taken sometime in 1957 so i was around 2 1/2 years old. i am sitting in the little red rocking chair which my grandfather made for me. i have kept it all these years and it is now there for hayden to sit in.

and the question is....

....is this william or hayden? are you sure?

yet another part of the park gone

this is mom sitting on that vibrating chair in the entrance que at the old country bear jamboree. sadly, this ride has departed and has been replaced by the many adventures of winnie the poo. that's not a bad dark ride, just misplaced.

no longer can we hear big al sing blood on the saddle or watch swinging teddy bear-a come down from the ceiling.

at the end of my bachelorhood

these were taken sometime in mid 1976 at the little 1 bedroom duplex i lived at just off miracle mile and grant. just a bedroom w/ a 3/4 bath; small kitchen and a small room where i had a chair.




this was a fun time in my life really. i wish i had more from this period to share with you. i had a lot of energy and dreams then. I was going to school,still diving and had just met who would be my first wife. a period of fun and being as happy as i have ever been in my life. i still crack up when i see my hair then. very funny stuff.

a performance to bring down the house

here we see our hero defending the fair maiden from some unseen enemy. it is surly going to be a fight to the death. well, thats williams side of the story. looks like sarah is out for fun. of course, dishes are more important to grandma. i just cannot get over williams look, he is so serious.

i'll make sure the coast is clear. i can just hear these two now plotting to do something. Naw, no way, my kids are all perfect.

a night out on the town.

i am not sure when or where this was taken. however, it looks like mom and dad are having a good time. still holding hands after all those years.

i'm rather comfortable thank you.
